I’m a Coach, Senior Product Designer & Workshop Facilitator who blends human-centered thinking with digital product strategy. I help teams align through facilitated workshops, support personal and team growth through coaching, and craft thoughtful user experiences with care and attention to detail. I also speak on topics related to UX and Coaching, exploring where behavior, communication, and design intersect.

In recent years, I’ve also stepped into a player-coach role mentoring designers and helping shape a strong, user-centered design culture while staying actively involved in product work. I believe in working closely with peers, product teams, and stakeholders to foster shared ownership and continuous improvement.
